Returns
To return a The Tee Depot product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at ahoy@teetepot.com.au and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
To return your items:
- Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
- Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

Returns Policy
We are proud of the level of quality we produce across all our printing avenues. Having said that, we are only human and every once in a while, we might have a printing hiccup or miss a manufacturing error in a garment. On the odd occasion that this happens, we are happy to reprint your item.
What can be returned?
If we make a mistake with your order (wrong t-shirt, wrong size, wrong print, etc.), contact us, and we will send you a replacement for all affected products or refund your money
If you make a mistake with your order, contact us, and we will discuss options which are reasonable and positive for all involved.
The Tee Depot is committed to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality prints. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
· Spelling or grammatical errors made and submitted by the customer.
· Upload images that are low-resolution or inferior quality
· Any design errors created by the customer in the design and ordering process
· Errors in user-selected options such as the product styles and sizes.
We ask that all customers carefully examine their designs during and before final confirmation.
This includes all text, images and user options like product type and sizes.
Should there be any issues with your order, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of delivery to efficiently coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include details of your order including your Order number, contact details and detailed explanation (with photos if available). Our staff will generally be in touch within 24-48 hours after reviewing the matter.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt of the purchase. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Shipping charges on products returned
All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

We consider all the following actions to constitute as an authority to proceed with your order.
· Verbal approval via phone and/or in person
· Payment of invoice
· Emailing a reply with approval
We recommend that you check all proofs thoroughly before approving. We endeavour to be as accurate as possible however please note that due to the production process, colours, position, size and scale are indicative only.
